INEQS Precoated Decal Paper / Direkt Printing Paper (DPP) simplifies ceramic decal production by combining decal paper and cover coat in a single product.
The pre-applied coating layer eliminates the separate coating step, reducing production time and ensuring consistent decal quality. It is particularly suitable for customers looking for an efficient workflow and reliable production results.

When precoated paper makes sense
Precoated decal paper (DPP)suits studios, small workshops and anyone producing decals in short runs. Print, cut, soak and apply: there is no separate coating step, no laminator and no drying time between printing and transfer. It also removes one variable from the process, because the coating thickness is set at the factory rather than by hand.
Matching the paper to your toner
Unfluxed toner always needs a fluxed coating to fuse into the glaze, while fluxed toner can be finished with lacquer only. Tell INEQS which toner set you run and we will confirm that the precoat suits it. Store the paper sealed in the printer room so it acclimatises, and keep a 5 mm margin around every decal. For larger volumes, standard decal paper with lamination usually costs less per decal.
