A ceramic printer on a Xerox engine
For businesses already standardised on Xerox, INEQS converts an A3 Xerox colour laser for ceramic toner, so operators and service routines stay familiar. The exact model is confirmed at order, because conversion depends on the engine generation and fuser design. It prints A4 and A3 decals with a printable area of 410 x 287 mm and runs INEQS unfluxed and fluxed toner sets, red sets and single colours.
Converting a Xerox you already own
In some cases INEQS can convert a Xerox printer you already have. Send the exact model and serial number, because the answer depends on the engine and the fuser. Buying a converted unit from INEQS has one advantage a do-it-yourself conversion cannot match: it arrives calibrated, profiled and with a starter toner set, and the same team supports the printer and the toner.
From A3 sheet to fired decoration
A3 sheets suit plates and chargers, tile sections, enamel pieces and nested runs of small decals for promotional products. Coat the printed sheet, soak and apply the decal, then fire: unfluxed sets in-glaze on tile and porcelain, fluxed sets onglaze and on enamel. The firing range runs from 805 to 1,150 °C depending on the toner set. Keep the printer room at 20 to 25 °C and 40 to 60% relative humidity, because ceramic toner is more sensitive to its environment than office toner.
