What to send with your enquiry
A short brief is enough for an INEQS engineer to recommend a printer, a toner set and a firing curve. The more of these you can give, the more precise the answer.
- What you print on: tile, porcelain, stoneware, glass or enamel, and the glaze if you know it
- The largest decal you need, and roughly how many sheets a month
- Your kiln and the highest temperature your ware can take
- A sample file: PDF, PSD, TIFF, JPG or PNG at 300 dpi with an embedded colour profile
- Your printer model, if you already own a colour laser you would like converted
Technical service
Existing customers reach technical service on the same number and address. Service runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 CET, remotely or on site. You usually have an answer within a few hours, and over 80% of problems are solved within one working day. Production customers can arrange extended cover.
Test prints and fired samples
Not sure the process suits your product? Send your file and tell us the substrate, and INEQS prints, fires and ships a sample. You can also send a piece of your own ware: we test the glaze, fix the firing curve and return it fired, so you judge the result on the real thing before you commit to anything.
