What entry level means here
Entry level refers to volume, not quality. The IM C2010 comes from the same Ricoh IM C series as the IM C3010, prints the same A4, A3, A3+ and SRA3 formats with up to 470 x 305 mm printable, and runs the same INEQS toner and profiles. What changes is the monthly duty cycle, and with it the cost of getting into A3 ceramic printing.
Why start at A3 instead of A4
An A4 printer is the cheapest way in, but A3 and SRA3 sheets take chargers and larger plates, tile mural sections and nested runs of small decals. The rule INEQS gives every buyer applies here: if you print for other people, buy one format above what you need today. The IM C2010 makes that step affordable.
Growing with the printer
When daily production arrives, moving to the IM C3010 or a CeramPrint CP-1000 printer keeps your toner family, decal paper, firing curves and colour workflow, so nothing you learned is thrown away. Until then, the IM C2010 is supported like every INEQS printer: converted and calibrated before delivery, with a starter toner set, a remote setup session, ICC profiles for your paper, and technical service that solves over 80% of problems within one working day.
